Position Title: Director of Guest Relations

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: up to 2,500 KWD all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation and bonus

About the Client:

An established restaurant group across the Middle East.

Job Description:

  • Lead guest relations strategies and operations, including addressing feedback, ensuring VIP experiences, and maintaining a professional brand image.
  • Develop and implement guest relations training and policies, coaching teams to align with corporate culture and enhance customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for client database management, promotional activities, and handling guest feedback to drive service improvements.
  • Support pre-opening, launching, and operational projects, ensuring high standards and seamless execution across all outlets and regions.

Qualifications:

  • 48 years old and below
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, exclusively within the restaurant sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Open to candidates within the Middle East; current experience in Kuwait is preferred
