Job Summary

Reporting to the VM Manager, the Designer builds sales with customers in-store and projects the stylist uses in-depth knowledge of the products and creative flair to create a ‘complete package’ of furniture and accessories.

Job Responsibilities

• Advise customers on how to achieve a particular look or style by coordinating items and creating excitement about our products.
• Convert sales by adding on items and accessorizing, ensuring that the personal sales target is achieved each month.
• Promote other Business Units (BU’s) to customers as part of building a sale.
• Provide product and customer feedback to the manager regularly and stay up-to-date with the latest trends.

Skills

Candidate Requirements

• Relevant education, knowledge, and experience: 2-5 years’ experience in an equivalent field/function and an undergraduate degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent spoken Arabic (English is an advantage).
• Previous creative experience in the GCC.
• Valid driver’s license.

Knowledge

• A clear understanding of our customers' shopping behavior, especially in the Kuwait market, and how to support the HF mechanical sales system.
• Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics.
• A strong knowledge of the Safat Home concept, including our Vision and Business Idea, and a passion for AI culture and values.
