Design Director

Job Description:

• Develop and implement the overall design vision for the brand or concepts.
• Oversee the design process from concept to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and collaborating with architects and contractors.
• Supervise design quality, including detailed drawings, material selections, and adherence to brand guidelines, while monitoring construction progress on-site.

Recruit, mentor, and manage a creative design team, fostering collaboration and staying updated with the latest design trends and innovations.

Salary: up to 2.5K KWD all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus bonus and accommodation

Qualifications:

• 48 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the same level from restaurants/F&B within GCC
