Position: Design Center Coordinator

Location: Kuwait – Abyat Showroom

Type: Full-time

As a Design Center Coordinator, you will be responsible to be the first point of contact for design customers, manage customer check-in, open accounts, schedule services, and handle payments with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers visiting the design section with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Collect customer information and fill out the design service checklist accurately.
  • Open customer accounts and ensure all required documents and details are properly recorded.
  • Explain the design service process and guide customers on the next steps.
  • Coordinate between customers and sales designers to ensure smooth scheduling.
  • Inform customers of the design service charges and collect payments accordingly.
  • Issue receipts and ensure accurate payment records (cash, card, etc.).
  • Maintain an organized filing system for customer checklists and records.
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries related to design services.
  • Provide basic information about design packages, timelines, and terms.
  • Ensure that the waiting area and front desk are clean and welcoming.
  • Track the status of ongoing design accounts and update customers when needed.
  • Report daily transactions, customer visits, and feedback to the manager.
  • Handle customer concerns or complaints and escalate to management when necessary.
  • Ensure all customer data is treated confidentially and in line with ABYAT policy.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Presentable, polite, and able to handle multiple customer requests simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use web-based applications.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer relations, customer service, or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in interior design, arts, architecture, is a Plus.
