Responsibilities
  • Support the store management team in the daily operations of the store.
  • Take ownership of a specific department, overseeing commercial planning, stock levels, planograms, visual merchandising, and sales performance.
  • Supervise till points or fitting room areas as needed.
  • Assign daily tasks and priorities to your team, ensuring alignment with store objectives.
  • Provide leadership, motivation, and coaching to your team to optimize store standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all operational and health & safety policies.
  • Drive personal and team development through digital learning platforms, apprenticeships, and internal career progression opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Strong coaching and motivational skills with the ability to lead and influence teams.
  • Commercially minded, with a clear understanding of how to drive sales and performance.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating an engaging store environment.
