About the Role

we are looking for a Demand Planner to support our supply chain team in Kuwait. You’ll play a key role in preparing demand forecasts, analyzing market trends, and ensuring products are available when and where our customers need them.

What You’ll Do

• Collect and analyze historical sales, market trends, and seasonal data.


• Prepare and update demand forecasts by SKU, product, and customer.


• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align demand plans.


• Monitor stock levels and raise alerts for shortages or excess inventory.


• Support monthly demand review meetings by preparing reports and insights.


• Track KPIs like forecast accuracy, fill rates, and inventory turnover.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Statistics, or a related field.


• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain or demand planning (FMCG preferred).


• Strong Excel skills; ERP knowledge is a plus.


• Analytical, detail-oriented, and good at problem-solving.


• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
