Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Data Center or IT infrastructure support.
• Knowledge of Data Center operations and server room best practices.
• Experience with rack installation, cabling, and basic hardware support.
• Knowledge of Windows desktop support and Active Directory.
• Experience with backup systems, DCIM, IP monitoring tools, and Network Management Systems.
• Basic understanding of facility infrastructure, including power and cooling systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
