Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Field Service Technician to support operations for the US Army Central G2 at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. This role includes providing IT repair, maintenance, and logistics, ensuring the availability of Army Military Intelligence Enterprise IT Systems.

The Field Service Technician will be responsible for customer service support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and managing Active Directory tasks among other duties. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and possess a TS/SCI security clearance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• Current U.S. passport with at least 36 months validity and 5 blank pages.
• Working knowledge of security groups and NTFS permissions.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I and II customer service support.
• Complete basic and advanced hardware and infrastructure work.
• Remediate problems with Windows desktops and laptops.
