Generate reports on storage capacity, utilization, uptime, and performance. Support escalated issues and complex projects. Monitor storage health, temperature, and reliability throughout the SWA AOR.
  • Manage VMware storage requirements, configuration, and provisioning. Oversee planning, installation, configuration, and upgrades of NetApp storage infrastructure. Support backup, disaster recovery, data protection, performance, upgrades, and system audits.
  • Create documentation for configuring and managing storage, networks, data protection, access control, resource monitoring, high availability, fault tolerance, and scalable infrastructure.
  • The work environment is predominantly indoors (95%) with some outdoor activity (5%).
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of five years working with network and system data technologies. Practical knowledge of CIFS, NFS, FC, iSCSI protocols. Hands-on experience with NetApp On-Command System Manager, Data ONTAP CLI, SAN switches, and storage capacity planning.
