Job summary

Une compagnie dynamique de trading dans le secteur de la santé recherche un représentant du service client. Le titulaire du poste sera responsable de la fourniture d'un service client efficace, de la gestion des demandes de clients et de la promotion des services bancaires. Avec un diplôme de licence et une expérience de 3 ans, le candidat idéal doit être capable de travailler dans un environnement rapide et axé sur le service.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme de Licence ou équivalent requis.
  • Expérience minimale de 3 ans dans un rôle similaire.
  • Langues: Anglais et Arabe (proficients).

  • Fournir un service client efficace et cordial.
  • Promouvoir les produits et services de la banque.

Job description

Primary Job Purpose

The job holder provides efficient, courteous and effective customer service, handles non-cash related transactions following prescribed procedures. He / She promotes alternative banking channels.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Operations, Review and Reporting

Understanding

  • Maintain updated knowledge of rules, regulations and standards in the field and related matters of interest to the department

Fieldwork

  • Promote and provide lending, deposit, card services to individuals, in compliance with the regulations and established policies and procedures (sales, operational, and security)
  • Carry out customer requests to create, close and maintain customer accounts / ATM cards as per the Bank’s policies and procedures
  • Provide non-cash services, i.e. balance inquiries, account statements, cheque books, PIN services etc.in an accurate, courteous and timely manner
  • Promote the products and services of the Bank by recommending alternative services, guiding customers, up / cross selling products, and answering enquiries in line with Bank’s policies
  • Process all transactions in line with the criteria defined by CBK and the AML policy of the Bank

Reporting

  • Generate and escalate periodic and requested reports ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

Stakeholder Management

Internal Interactions

  • Participate in the various cross-functional committees / teams for multiple purposes to achieve optimal cooperation and seamless quality service

Job Specifications

Educational Qualification(s)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience
