Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer complaints efficiently and professionally, identifying the root cause of issues, and ensuring they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
