Job summary

Al-Kuwait is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at our renowned bakery and cafe in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years' experience in a professional pastry kitchen and a strong knowledge of baking techniques.

You will create pastries, cakes, cookies and other treats to match customer orders, maintain hygiene, operate kitchen equipment, and assist other chefs. Fluency not required; applicants from abroad welcomed.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a pastry chef in a professional setting.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
• Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create pastries, cakes, cookies and other treats according to customer orders.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is working properly and maintained regularly.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area.
• Assist other chefs with food preparation when needed.
• Work closely with customers to ensure satisfaction with orders.
