LGTC HR Development Consulting seeks a Florist/Floral Decorator to support Retail Operations, Events and Housekeeping (Hotels). The role reports to Floral Shop Manager/Head Florist/Lead Event Designer.

You will design and assemble fresh floral arrangements for walk-ins, daily orders, corporate clients, and weddings, while maintaining stock, providing expert care, and delivering excellent customer service on-site.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; floral design certification is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail floral design or related fields.
• Deep knowledge of flower/plant varieties, stem conditioning, seasonal availability, and floral mechanics.

Responsabilidades

• Design and assemble floral arrangements for retail, events and weddings.
• Choose color palettes, vessels, and design specs.
• Prepare and maintain stock, inspect deliveries, and care for flowers.
• Set up decor on-site and maintain clean work areas.
