Job description

Markas Sabir Perfumes, a premium brand specializing in perfumes, bakhoor, and fragrances, is seeking a Creative Art Director to lead our social media content strategy. The ideal candidate will create visually compelling and engaging content aligned with our brand identity across all major platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee creative concepts for social media aligned with brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Execute visual storytelling through photography, videography, graphics, and animations.
  • Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators.
  • Ensure consistent branding and aesthetics across all social media channels.
  • Develop and implement campaigns and seasonal themes for product launches and promotions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, design innovations, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with social media agencies (if applicable) for campaign execution.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop data-driven content strategies.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content for engagement and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Art Director, Creative Director, or similar role focused on social media and digital content.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work in digital marketing, preferably in lifestyle, beauty, fashion, or fragrance industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience (Junior to Mid-level applicants welcome).
  • Currently residing in Kuwait.
