Job summary

AlphaGlobal is seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. You will operate mobile, tower, and overhead cranes, and perform inspections to ensure safe, efficient lifting of materials on site.

The role requires at least 2 years of crane operation experience, a valid crane operator certification, and the ability to work outdoors in Kuwait. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential for on-site coordination and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Valid crane operator certification or license from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 2 years experience operating various types of cranes.
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to crane operation.
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Operate various types of cranes following safety procedures and regulations
• Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Lift move and position heavy materials or equipment using the crane
• Communicate with team members on job site to ensure smooth operations
• Properly rig loads before lifting to ensure stability
• Perform pre-shift checks on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
• Keep accurate records of materials lifted and hours worked
• Follow all company policies and procedures at all times
