Job summary

ConFlip is seeking an experienced Crane Operator for its construction projects in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. You will operate cranes to lift and place materials, follow safety guidelines, and work with ground crew to coordinate movements.

Must have 2+ years of crane operation experience, a valid certification, knowledge of various crane models, ability to read load charts, and good communication. Outdoor work and physical fitness required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of crane operating experience.
• Valid crane operator certification.
• Knowledge of different crane models and their capabilities.
• Ability to read and understand load charts.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes according to safety regulations and instructions.
• Inspect cranes before use to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Move materials, equipment, or other objects using crane attachments such as hooks, cables or buckets.
• Communicate with ground crew to ensure safe movement of materials.
• Document daily activities, maintenance records and inspection reports.
