Overview

Well Known Logistics Company needs the following position :

Responsibilities

• Couriers & Drivers Team Leader (last mile).
• Strong personality with the drivers to control them & to make sure all the shipments delivered on time.
• Managing the drivers performance by delivering the shipments timely manner.
• Managing the returns parcels and update the system daily.
• Manage, train, plan, direct and control of all Drivers to ensure timely and efficient management of pickups and deliveries of shipments and internal hub operations.
• Supervise, and dispatch orders, coordinate with drivers to ensure that every shipment is picked and delivered.
• Strong knowledge of shipment operations and courier operations process.
• Very good in excel.
• Leadership and strong personality.
• Night Shift only.

Logistics experience is a must (last mile) Only and can join immediately.

Interested candidates should have Transferable residency (from inside Kuwait only).
