Job Description:

• Ensure full compliance with Kuwait OSHA, KOC, KNPC, and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
• Lead site audits, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
• Mentor and develop site HSE teams and coordinators.
• Monitor regulatory trends and advise leadership on proactive compliance measures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering or related courses
• Minimum 15 years of experience in HSE, with at least 5+ years in a senior corporate HSE role
• Familiarity with incident investigation tools (e.g., RCA, HAZOP), and international best practices
