Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law from an accredited university.
• 2–3 years of experience as a lawyer in corporate or law firm setting.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and procedures.
• Ability to interpret laws and regulations accurately.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on a variety of matters, review contracts and documents.
• Prepare legal opinions, advise on corporate compliance, and manage litigation.
• Draft documents such as contracts and agreements; provide guidance on IP rights.
