Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to research complex legal issues quickly and accurately.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, or before administrative boards.
• Draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, contracts, and other documents as needed.
• Advise clients on legal transactions including formation of corporations or other business entities.
• Research legal issues and provide advice regarding applicable law or regulations.
• Review relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients when appropriate.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery requests from opposing counsels.
• Analyze briefs and other documents for evidence supporting legal action.
