Job summary

Veolia, a global leader in resource management, seeks a Control Room Operator for the Sulaibiya Waste Water Treatment & Reclamation Plant in Kuwait. You will be part of the operation team, monitoring UF/RO systems, plant utilities, and follow O&M procedures.

The role requires 3-5 years in wastewater treatment, experience with UF/RO membranes, DCS/SCADA/PLC, and strong English. You will coordinate with the process leader and Field Service Lead to ensure safe, efficient plant operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of Waste Water Treatment and Reclamation plant experience.
• Proven UF/RO membrane technology experience.
• Experience with plant automation systems (DCS, SCADA, PLC).
• Knowledge of plant safety and EHS.
• Strong English communication; Arabic knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor UF/RO reclamation plant processes and plant utilities.
• Operate and coordinate with process leader on shift duties.
• Record operation conditions, report findings, and adjust controls.
• Coordinate operational strategies with Field Service Lead or Manager.
• Maintain daily logs and shift activity reports for management.
