Job summary

Worley in Kuwait seeks a Contracts Administrator (Contract Specialist II) to lead pre-award and post-award contract activities on large O&G facilities projects, ensuring compliance with terms and timely delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Commerce or Law, plus strong negotiation, drafting and procurement process knowledge; IACCM certification is a plus and Middle East experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, science, commerce or law.
• IACCM certification in 'Contract and Commercial Management Advanced Practitioner' or equivalent is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of contractual terms and commercial contract law.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bid invitation packages and evaluate bids.
• Coordinate post-award submittals, variation orders, claims and close-out.
• Draft Invitation to Tender packages for large O&G facilities projects.
• Review contract text and propose alternative clauses.
• Maintain client communications and ensure contract compliance.
