Anton in Kuwait is seeking a Consultant - Reservoir Engineer to drive life-of-field strategies and optimize recovery planning at a Kuwait-based site.

The role focuses on designing secondary recovery programs, evaluating EOR options, and defining surveillance data requirements to reduce uncertainty and guide field development decisions. You will analyze performance data, identify opportunities, and contribute to reserves estimation and development planning.

Responsabilités

• Develop life-of-field development and recovery strategies, including long-term depletion and production/injection planning.
• Design and optimize secondary recovery programs, including waterflooding, pressure maintenance, and sweep efficiency.
• Evaluate and mature EOR opportunities, including WAG, CO2 injection, chemical EOR, and thermal recovery.
• Define reservoir surveillance and data-acquisition requirements for pressure, production, and injection.
• Analyze surveillance data to monitor reservoir performance and support management decisions.
• Evaluate remaining reservoir potential and identify additional development opportunities.
• Conduct reserves and resources assessment by integrating performance, plans, and forecasts.
• Provide technical input to support robust reserves estimation and field-development decisions.

Position Title: Consultant - Reservoir Engineer

Work Location: Kuwait

Department: On-sync Energy Management Services Company.

1. Develop life-of-field development and recovery strategies, including long-term depletion and production/injection planning to sustain production, maximize recovery, and extend field life.
2. Design and optimize secondary recovery programs, including waterflooding, pressure maintenance, voidage replacement, injection strategy, sweep efficiency, conformance, and producer-injector interaction.
3. Evaluate and mature EOR opportunities, including WAG, gas/CO₂ injection, chemical EOR, and thermal recovery, from screening and simulation through development planning.
4. Define reservoir surveillance and data-acquisition requirements covering pressure, production, injection, and other relevant performance parameters.
5. Analyze and integrate surveillance data to monitor reservoir performance, reduce uncertainty, and support reservoir-management and development decisions.
6. Evaluate remaining reservoir potential and recovery factors and identify and mature additional development opportunities.
7. Conduct reserves and resources assessment and maturation by integrating reservoir performance, development plans, and production forecasts.
8. Provide technical input to support robust reserves estimation, classification, and field-development decisions.
