Job summary

MapleClass Education in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple projects in Al-Kuwait. You will manage budgets, schedules, safety compliance, and coordination with contractors, architects, and engineers, reporting progress to stakeholders.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, 5+ years PM experience, strong leadership, and excellent English communication. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700 USD/month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings.
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop project budgets and schedules, ensuring they are adhered to.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
• Monitor project expenses and approve payments to contractors.
• Conduct site visits to ensure work is being completed according to plans.
