• Strong English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and lead our construction projects in Al-Kuwait. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from start to finish. This position requires a high level of organization, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
• Manage project budget and resources effectively
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment
• Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders including clients, management, and team members
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project
• Prepare progress reports for management and clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager in a similar role

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
