Qualifications

Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Hawalli. You will work closely with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time. Your duties will include creating project schedules, coordinating labor and materials, obtaining necessary permits and approvals, and communicating progress to stakeholders. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all safety regulations and building codes are being followed on site.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field


• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management


• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this position.

Location

This position is based in Hawalli, but we welcome applications from qualified candidates from any African or Egyptian nationality. We also provide free visa sponsorship and airfare for selected candidates.
