Job summary

Woopel in Al-Kuwait is seeking a Construction Manager to lead complex building projects from start to finish. You will plan, budget, schedule, hire subcontractors, procure materials, supervise site teams, and ensure quality control and safety standards are met while coordinating with architects, engineers, and clients.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering background and proven experience in large-scale projects, alongside strong communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience managing large-scale construction projects is essential.
• Ability to read blueprints/technical drawings and knowledge of building codes and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and coordination with stakeholders is required.
