Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting and implementation of projects.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed at all times.
• Monitor quality control procedures for craftsmanship.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and staff as needed.
• Develop plans for efficient use of materials and personnel.
• Ensure project deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers during construction.
• Provide regular progress reports on project status.
