Construction Manager is required with Civil Engineering background with extensive experience as site engineers and who are willing to handle sites from their inception at mobilization stage. Previous experience in construction of Desalination Plants is a plus.

The Construction Manager (Civil) plays a pivotal role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion within the real estate sector in Kuwait. This position demands a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and project management skills to ensure that all construction activities align with the company's objectives, timelines, and budget constraints. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to deliver high-quality results while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
  2. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
  3. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  4. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and adherence to safety protocols.
  5. Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  6. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
  7. Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
