We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait with a salary of 1300. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire construction process from planning to completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop construction plans based on project specifications
• Manage the entire construction process from start to finish
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment
• Monitor progress of construction activities on a daily basis
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Supervise staff on site and provide direction as needed
• Prepare reports on progress of projects as required
• Negotiate contracts with vendors or subcontractors

Qualifications
