Experienced Construction Manager in Bayan - Urgent Hiring!


We are urgently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Bayan. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience working on large-scale projects
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule construction projects within budgetary constraints
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure that all safety regulations and building codes are followed
- Monitor progress of the project and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders on a regular basis
