• The day concierge is the first point of contact for residents and guests arriving at the residences and delivers the highest level of customer service to residents and guests.
• Greet residents and guests on arrival; manage all calls and emails to the concierge desk;
• Coordinate and manage all residential deliveries and ensure timely, secure handling of packages.
• Create memorable experiences for residents by addressing requests professionally and efficiently, including during busy periods.
