The Role - Guest Relations/Concierge
The hotel guest relations porter position plays a vital role in the daily customer service operations of our hotel. The right candidate is the first point of contact for hotel guests, providing information or assistance during their stay. The position is often demanding and fast-paced, requiring excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
This role involves parking cars, carrying bags to/from guest rooms, and keeping the Front of House area clean and tidy at all times.
