Job description

We are recruiting for a qualified, experienced, and professional Pilates instructor to join a luxury tennis and fitness facility in Kuwait.

Package:

1. Tax-free monthly salary of up to 1,080 KWD per month (approximately US$3,500) based on qualifications and experience
2. 50% commission on PT

Requirements:

1. Comprehensive Pilates certification (internationally recognized)
2. Minimum 3 years experience
3. English speaking (Conversational level at a minimum)
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Good working knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it pertains to Pilates classes and the exercises prescribed in those classes
6. Strong history of continuous professional development by having taken courses, attended workshops and seminars, and kept up to date with current Pilates developments
7. Experience in working in Gulf countries is advantageous (not required)

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Designs and delivers comprehensive Group Reformer Pilates classes and PT sessions for individuals and groups
2. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of Pilates equipment, to include Reformer with Tower, Trapeze Table, Combo Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Spine Corrector Barrel equipment
3. Conducts 3-4 classes per day
4. Supports the strategic/marketing plan through participation in activities/events identified by marketing promotions as high priority
5. Provides supervision and education to participants requesting personal or group training
6. Assures continued professional development through attendance at continuing education and professional conferences
7. Maintains a well-organized studio environment ensuring all equipment is in proper working order and monitors that regular maintenance and cleaning of equipment is being completed to the standard expected
