What you will do
- Own Taiba’s Commercial & Growth Roadmap – Translate strategic goals into pricing models, service tiers, and revenue milestones; track revenue performance monthly and recommend course corrections.
- Lead Business Development – Source, evaluate, and negotiate B2B partnerships (insurers, corporates, digital-health vendors); build compelling business cases and secure approvals.
- Launch & Scale New Services – Conceptualize and pilot non-MOH offerings (e.g., executive wellness, telehealth); manage end-to-end from market research to performance review.
- Drive Market & Pricing Intelligence – Analyze competitor pricing and service trends across Kuwait/GCC; recommend quarterly pricing adjustments to maintain margins and market share.
- Partner with Clinical & Ops Teams – Engage department heads to align new offerings with clinical protocols and capacity; co-create launch materials and training modules.
- Coach & Build the Commercial & Growth Team – Mentor BD analysts and partnerships coordinators; set clear KPIs, foster a patient-first innovation culture, and grow talent.

You will thrive here if you have…
- 12+ years of relevant experience, including 6+ years leading BD or revenue functions—ideally in healthcare or related industries within GCC markets
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Healthcare, Finance, or related); MBA or executive certificate in healthcare management preferred
- Proven track record closing complex healthcare deals—insurer contracts, corporate wellness partnerships, or private-pay service roll-outs
- Strong financial acumen: experience building pricing models and ROI analyses
- Deep market insight: familiarity with Kuwait/GCC healthcare landscape—regulations, payer mix, and digital health trends
- Excellent negotiation & influence: able to build trust with C-suite, clinicians, and external stakeholders
- Certified in project management (PMP or equivalent) with a history of managing cross-departmental pilots on time and on budget
- Patient-first mindset: belief that every commercial decision must ultimately benefit patient experience and community wellness
