Job summary

Boutiqaat is seeking a Product Development Supervisor – Color Cosmetics in Kuwait to lead the full development journey from concept to launch. You will own shade development, formulation evaluation, packaging considerations, and cross-functional coordination with Marketing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, Packaging, and Supply Chain.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in color cosmetics R&D, strong project management skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cosmetic science, product development, or related field.
• 5+ years in color cosmetics product development, formulation, or R&D.
• Experience with cosmetic manufacturers, labs, and packaging suppliers.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead color cosmetics product development from concept to launch.
• Coordinate stability, safety, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, Packaging, and Supply Chain.
• Manage multiple development projects, milestones, and deadlines.
