Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in machining or related field.
• Experience operating CNC machines, preferably on horizontal and vertical mills.
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software; strong problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to manufacture precision parts.
• Read and understand blueprints and engineers' instructions.
• Set up machines and select appropriate tools.
• Adjust speed and feeds for optimal results.
• Create and edit CNC programs as needed.
• Run machines and monitor the process for quality.
• Finish parts to precise specifications and inspect output.
• Troubleshoot problems and optimize existing programs.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to tolerances.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve processes.
• Maintain safe and organized work area.
