Position: CNC Operator

Salary: 1700KD

Responsibilities

• Operate computer numerical control (CNC) machines to manufacture precision parts and products
• Read and understand blueprints and written instructions from engineers
• Set up the machine and select the right tools
• Adjust speed and feeds
• Create programs
• Operate the machine
• Monitor the process
• Troubleshoot any problems that arise
• Finish parts to precise specifications
• Adjust existing programs as needed
• Ensure quality control

Qualifications

• Diploma/certificate in machining or related field
• Previous experience operating CNC machines (preferably on both horizontal and vertical mills)
• Knowledge of computer aided designing software (CAD) and computer aided manufacturing software (CAM)
