Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CNC operating experience.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Setup, program, and operate CNC machines.
• Monitor the machines during production.
• Adjust settings and modifications as needed to meet specs.
• Ensure parts meet specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform repairs as needed.
• Record production data such as cycle times, parts produced and reject rates.
