ConFlip is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to provide nutritional care and support to patients in a healthcare setting. You will work with the medical team to develop personalized nutrition plans based on medical conditions and dietary needs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics, at least two years of clinical dietetics experience, and strong counseling skills. English fluency is required; Urdu or Punjabi is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics (accredited).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical dietitian experience.
• Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition therapy for health conditions.
• Excellent communication and counseling skills for diverse patients.
• License or registration as a Dietitian.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition plans for patients based on medical history and dietary needs.
• Collaborate with the medical team to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide education and counseling on proper nutrition and lifestyle changes to improve health.
• Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions, food allergies, and interactions in patient meal planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress notes, assessments, and interventions.
• Stay updated on the latest research and developments in nutrition therapy.
