The Opportunity:

We are seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join Mudarisi as a partner. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial-minded marketing leader who is passionate about education and is eager to shape the growth of a cutting-edge ed-tech platform. As the CMO, you will lead our marketing strategy, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
2. Lead efforts in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, content creation, and paid advertising campaigns.
3. Build and manage a high-performing marketing team to support growth initiatives.
4. Drive brand awareness and establish Mudarisi.com as the go-to platform for students in the Arab region.
5. Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine strategies and offerings.
6. Collaborate closely with other executive team members to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the education or technology sector.
2. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
3. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
4. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
5. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling businesses.
6. Market Planning and Marketing Management skills.
7. Market Research and Public Relations experience and sales skills.
8. Proven track record of strategic marketing success.
9. Ability to work independently and remotely.
10. Experience in the education industry is a plus.
11. Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
