Job summary

StarsOfTheShow in Kuwait is seeking a skilled Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen operations. You will plan and direct food preparation, mentor staff, and develop menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership, extensive culinary expertise, strong organization, and excellent English communication. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with competitive monthly remuneration and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Creativity in developing new dishes and menus.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and on evenings/weekends.

Chef de Cuisine

We are in need of a skilled and passionate Chef de Cuisine to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Filipino-friendly establishment, we welcome applicants who are fluent in English and have a strong background in culinary arts.

• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure food quality meets standards
• Train, supervise, and manage kitchen staff
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations
