Job summary

Tanqeeb in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Chef De Partie Pastry / Bakery Brand Trainer to manage the pastry/bakery section, train staff, and ensure brand standards are maintained across products. The role emphasizes upholding quality, hygiene, and consistent presentation in a fast-paced F&B environment.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on pastry and bakery expertise, plus proven training and team-management skills to elevate performance and maintain consistency with brand procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, Pastry, or Bakery preferred.
• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant pastry/bakery experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in pastry and bakery production.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned Pastry / Bakery Section and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Prepare and produce a variety of pastry and bakery products according to brand standards.
• Train and coach kitchen staff on pastry and bakery preparation techniques.
• Ensure team members follow standardized recipes and brand procedures.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, HACCP, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Support new product training, recipe implementation, and kitchen SOPs.
• Identify training gaps and provide guidance to improve team performance.
