Overview

Job Title: Cashier - Indian Nationals (No English Required) in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cashier to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling financial transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service to all our clients.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and guide them through the purchasing process
• Process all types of transactions including cash, credit, and debit payments
• Scan items and ensure accurate pricing
• Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Keep track of inventory levels and communicate with the rest of the team when items need to be restocked
• Provide excellent customer service by answering any questions or concerns that may arise during the transaction process
• Keep records of transactions made throughout the day for accounting purposes
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, refunds, exchanges, etc.

Requirements

• Must be an Indian national with valid residency in Kuwait (own visa)
• Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Must be able to communicate effectively in Hindi or any other Indian language (English language skills are not required)
• Good math skills with attention to detail
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Basic knowledge of using POS systems is preferred but not required
