Carpenter for Residential Construction


We are in need of a skilled Carpenter to join our team for residential construction projects in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, such as cabinets, furniture, doors, and building frameworks. The ideal candidate should have experience working on residential construction projects and be able to read blueprints and follow building plans accurately.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, pencils or chalks
- Cut or shape wood materials according to specifications using hand or power tools
- Assemble wood components using glue, screws or nails as required by the project
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, trimmings or hardware
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following procedures and regulations
- Follow building plans accurately to ensure precision in the final product

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter in residential construction projects
- Ability to read blueprints and follow building plans accurately
- Proficient with hand tools including saws, chisels, hammers etc.
- Good understanding of safety procedures and regulations
- Attention to detail with good manual dexterity
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy machinery and materials
- Good time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines

Salary: 1100 USD per month (negotiable based on experience)
Accommodation: Provided by the company (shared accommodation)
Nationality preference: Indian (other nationalities are welcome to apply)
Experience Level: Entry level candidates are welcome to apply (no prior experience required)
Education Level: High school diploma or equivalent (trade school certification is preferred)
