Reporting to the team leader, the Sr. Direct Sales Officer will be responsible for acquisition and growth of sustainable Bank Business. Require assisting on training fresh DS Officers on the job.

DETAILED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

OPERATIONAL

• Work as part of a sales team to meet and exceed targets set by the Management.
• Creating new sales channels and generating new leads by working with prospective customers.
• Follow up with potential clients to propose new offers and ask for pending documents, answer inquiries etc.
• Make a sufficient number of quality telephone calls to potential clients.
• Maximize sales opportunities by up-selling and cross-selling.
• Learn products to a high standard and via developing depth of knowledge as required.
• Actively take part in sales activities organized by the Bank in order to generate business.
• Offer training and support to customers as required.
