RELEVANTEXPERIENCE:5 years in card portfoliomanagement, lifecyclemarketing, or customerengagement roles within thebanking or financial servicessector.
MANDATORYREQUIREMENTS**:
- Proven experience in card portfolio performance analysis
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing (Cards)
- Immediately available
- English and Arabic is preferred
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT
To enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through targeted, data-informed lifecyclemarketing strategies that optimize card portfolio performance and align with business objectives.
Key Activities
Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Analyze debit and credit card portfolio performance across acquisition, activation, usage, and retention metrics.
- Identify and recommend targeted campaigns to drive spend, reduce attrition, and increase customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to design and launch lifecycle campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to inform strategy.
- Prepare and present regular portfolio performance reports to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal risk policies.
- Develop and execute multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, mobile, digital, direct mail).
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal) to ensure campaign alignment and governance.
- Continuously test, measure, and optimize campaign effectiveness using A/B testing and performance analytics.

Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field
- Experience in financial services, preferably in cards or payments
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills using data
- Understanding of customer segmentation and personalization strategies
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign)
