About Us:
Al Barakat Golden General Trading & Contracting Company (ABG) has been a trusted name in the energy sector since 2005. We specialize in Industrial Electrification, Instrumentation, Logistics, Manpower Supply, and Calibration & Testing services. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth and expand our footprint in the region.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas and related sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to meet company goals.
  • Promote ABG’s service offerings to potential clients, both locally and internationally.
  • Lead proposal development and client presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project alignment and delivery.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth areas.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Business Development within the Oil & Gas or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing large accounts.
  • Strong professional network across the Gulf region is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Kuwait driving license is mandatory.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Preferably Indian or Pakistani nationals already based in Kuwait.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated professional.
  • Deep understanding of the regional market and industry dynamics.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of working independently and under pressure to meet targets.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
