Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

·Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and business opportunities in the legal sector.

·Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.

·Support lawyers and partners in preparing client proposals, presentations, and pitches.

·Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry mapping to identify growth opportunities.

·Organize client events, networking activities, and business forums to enhance the firm’s presence.

·Manage digital and offline marketing initiatives aligned with the firm’s brand.

·Track BD activities and provide regular progress reports to management.

Skills

Qualification &Skills:

·Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field.

·3–5 years’ experience in Business Development / Client Relations, preferably in law firms, consulting, or professional services.

·Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.

·Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

·Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
