Kwtsteel is seeking an SAP specialist to facilitate functional and technical assistance in PP, QM, and PM modules. You will implement configurations, support process improvements, and monitor KPI alignment with production and quality goals.

The role involves coordinating with IT teams and business stakeholders worldwide to test changes, validate deliverables, and support data migration and training activities.

Job description

Facilitate functional and technical assistance in SAP PP and QM by implementing required configurations, supporting process improvements, and ensuring optimal utilization of system capabilities. In addition, monitor KPIs to track performance and ensure alignment with production and quality objectives.

• The PP – QM - PM resource acts on behalf of the Product Innovation team, responsible for understanding business needs and problems, and implementing/supporting solutions and technical upgrades within SAP PP, QM, and PM modules.
• Works globally to provide detailed analysis of potential system changes and develops/supports agreed solutions.
• Works with various IT teams and business stakeholders to test system changes to ensure a validated state.
• Assists in system implementation activities of data migration and training.
• Will act as the prime point of contact for all deliverables in the PP, QM, and PM areas and acts as a prime point of contact for all escalations.
• Works closely with other IT team members from supply chain, logistics, finance, customer-facing, security, Data Migration, basis, and BI, as well as business stakeholders and subject matter experts to make/support informed design decisions and deliver agreed solutions.
• Also work closely with the offshore team to manage/ monitor their priorities and deliverables.
